Request for Information (RFI) - Reuse of furniture for government organisations
The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management [Direktoratet for forvaltning og økonomistyring (DFØ)], c/o the Norwegian Division for Public Procurement [Statens innskjøpssenter], will procure joint government contracts within two new contract areas: digital systems for reuse and circular services, both related to used office furniture and fixtures. In total, the contracts will cover the entire country across 190 government organisations.
The purpose of the procurement is to cover the government sector's need for a registration system for reuse, as well as a marketplace for buying and selling existing furniture and fixtures in addition to circular services, such as second-hand furniture dealers, removal and waste management, repair, cleaning, reupholstering and redesign of used office furniture and fixtures.
A market dialogue will be conducted for these procurements. The aim of the market dialogue is to obtain input from the market and comments on the contest that will be conducted.
