Joint government contract for the internet, data links, and associated services
The Norwegian Agency for Public and Financial Management (DFØ), c/o the Government Procurement Centre, has previously held a market survey and one-to-one supplier meetings regarding the procurement process for a joint government contract for the internet, data links, and associated services (previously internet services). We would now like to get feedback from the market on assessments that have been made so far in the procurement process.
The Government Procurement Centre has prepared general problems related to:
1. Scope
2. Nationwide framework agreements
3. A 6-year contract duration
4. Environment and climate weighting in the award criteria
The Government Procurement Centre would like to receive responses from the supplier market before we decide on the 'direction' of the procurement. It is advantageous for all parties that relevant, concrete input is given in an early phase, as the possibilities to influence are often greater.

Good communication and cooperation with relevant market actors is decisive in order to ensure good contest dynamics in the market, and at the same time, ensure a good coverage of needs for the entities included in the contract.
