The entities shall be able to create and edit their own manuals. The system shall be a comprehensive digital system that includes solutions and functions that support the systematic work on quality, improvement, HSE and the working environment throughout the entire Church of Norway. It is also natural to see this in the context of the entities ́ general work with quality management and internal control, and digital support for this. An option for a module for quality management has therefore been added in the tender. The system shall be an offer for all activities in Den norske kirke.

Main features of the procedure : This procurement will be carried out in accordance with the Act from 17 June 2016 no. 73 on public procurements (LOA) and the regulation 12 August 2016 no. 974 on public procurements (FOA). The procurement will be carried out as a negotiated procedure after a prior notice in accordance with PPR parts I and III. This procedure gives all interested suppliers the possibility to submit a request for participation in the competition.
