Description : Environment - Transport - Delivery of goods No response 40.0% The contracting authority will award additional fulfilment of minimum requirement 8.2 and evaluate fuel technology and give a count of the share of zero emission vehicles used by the supplier (or sub-supplier, including carriers) for the assignment. The evaluation is based on the first two years of the contract (104 weeks) or until the commencement of PS 0245/22 (22/17927). The tenderer is expected, during the execution of the assignment as a minimum, to maintain an equivalent share so that the total environmental impact is not negatively affected, and that the contract ́s transport need is completely covered by the vehicles that will be used for the evaluation. An evaluation will be made as regards the last transport route 'last mile'. Last-mile is the last link in the transport and supplier chain where the product and/or service is delivered to the end customer. Tenders with the highest total number of points on the award criteria will receive 10 points. A point score will be given that reflects relevant differences to other tender offers. Responses where the Contracting Authority deems that there is not a match whatsoever between the tenderer ́s stated available vehicle fleet and the description of the transport system will receive 0 points. A description shall be given of how all light vehicles (under 7.5 tonnes and/or can transport up to 8 persons) shall be zero emission or biogas vehicles by 01.01.2025, and all heavy vehicles (over 7.5 tonnes and/or can transport over 8 persons) shall be zero emission or biogas vehicles by 01.01.2027. Sub-targets, milestones and initiatives can, for example, be given, and will be awarded for presentation of documentation for, for example, the procurement/hire/order of zero emission and biogas vehicles, infrastructure for charging/filling and, where relevant, agreement with a supplier of fuel (hydrogen or biogas). The contracting authority will assess which tenders as far as possible have concrete plans for achieving zero emission vehicles within the given deadlines.
