Description : Weighting: The award criteria is weighted 70%.  Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. All transport packages are evaluated separately, and the award of the framework agreement on individual assignments will be evaluated separately. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition. Costs that the tenderer knows will be incurred, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated costs. Orientation: Scheduled assignments - each of the transport packages will be evaluated separately. Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form "Prisskjema 1 - Skysspakker" in their cost calculations, for the tendered transport packages. The price form shall be enclosed with the tender in excel format. A price form shall be submitted per transport package. The name of the transport package should be included in the file name.  Missing the price fields (yellow fields) can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. A real carried out transport has been carried out that shall be invoiced to the customer and the stated unit prices (round trips) are binding for the tenderer.  Stand-alone assignments: Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form "Prisskjema 2 - Enkeltstående oppdrag" in the cost calculation. The price form shall be enclosed with the tender in excel format. The mileage price shall include all costs that the tenderer will be in connection with the assignment.  Missing the price fields (yellow fields) can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. All prices are in NOK excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Evaluation: Hybrid models with break point 1 are used when assessing the price. The attached template for the evaluation model is attached. Description : Weighting:  The award criteria is weighted 30%. The award criteria consists of two sub-criteria: The sub-criteria "Vehicle technology" will be weighted 80% of this award criteria. The sub-criterion "Courses in optimal/economic driving" is weighted 20% of this award criteria. Orientation: Vehicle technology: The Contracting Authority requests the most environmentally friendly vehicles for the execution of work on this agreement. Tenderers are therefore paid-out based on vehicle technology as described below. Tenderers shall enclose a completed "List of vehicles". One form shall be submitted per transport package ("Fixed Assignments") tenderers submit tender offers on, and one if the tenderer will submit tender offers on Individual Assignments. Tenderers must mark the file name with names.  The best tenders in this sub-criteria shall have the highest number of points (10). If none of the tenders achieves the highest point score (10) by summing up the points for the sub-criteria, the customer will add an equal percentage mark-up for all the tenders so that the best tenderer shall score 10 points. Courses in optimum/economic driving: The contracting authority would like the most economic and environmentally friendly driving for the execution of work on this contract. Tenderers are therefore paid if drivers have completed courses in optimal driving or financial driving. Tenderers are asked to answer whether or not the drivers have taken such a course.  Best solution will be awarded the highest score (10). Other solutions will be awarded a point score relative to the best solution. This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s description of the award criteria. A total procurement assessment of the described system will be carried out during the evaluation.  Evaluation: This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s description of the award criteria. A procurement assessment will be made during the evaluation. The evaluation of each sub-criteria is described above. Scores achieved on each of the sub-criteria will be multiplied by interrelated weighting and added together. The best tender for this award criterion shall have the highest number of points (10). If none of the tenderers achieve the highest score (10) by summing up the points scores for the sub-criteria, the contracting authority will add an equal percentage mark-up for all tenderers so that the best tenderer shall achieve a point score of 10.
