Additional information : The purpose of the call for tenders is the selection of up to: - five (5) economic operators per lot for the provision of the following services: * Lot 1 - Printing services: Printing of a wide range of print products, with light prepress work and supply of print and web PDFs without adding any accessibility features. * Lot 2 - Premedia and multichannel services: Prepress and/or premedia work with supply of accessible deliverables in various electronic formats and ensuring their compliance with the latest published Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at the AA level, PDF/UA, and PDF/A standards or other versions of these standards if specifically requested by the Publications Office. * Lot 3 - Remediation services for accessibility in PDF publications, documents, and forms: using PDF remediation techniques to ensure compliance with the latest published Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) at the AA level, PDF/UA, and PDF/A standards or other versions of these standards if specifically requested by the Publications Office. - seven (7) economic operators per lot for the provision of the following services: * Lot 4 - Printing of school textbooks: All-inclusive services for printing, packaging and delivery of school textbooks to one or several third-country destination(s), for example in Ukraine.In case of unavailability or disruptions in the functioning of the electronic means of communication provided in Section 5.1.11 in the last 5 calendar days before the time limit for receipt indicated in Section 5.1.12, the contracting authority reserves the right to extend this time limit and publish the extension at the Internet address provided in Section 5.1.11, without a preceding publication of a corrigendum to this notice. Economic operators interested in this procurement are invited to subscribe to the call for tenders at the address in Section 5.1.11 in order to get notified when new information or documents are published.
