The contracting authorities are subject to the Public Procurement Regulations (LOA and FOA). Vestfold county consists of county administration, 11 sixth form colleges, 12 dental clinics, one folk high school, one school for social and medical institutions and a joint vocational school with Telemark county. Vestfold county also co-owners of a number of freed companies. The organisation consists of approx. 2,400 employees with assignments across different areas. Telemark county consists of county administration, 11 sixth form colleges, a joint vocational school with Vestfold county and 14 dental clinics. In addition Telemark county is co-owner of a number of freed companies. The organisation consists of approx. 2,000 employees with assignments across different areas. Objective of the market dialogue The counties plan to procure new framework agreements for dental equipment and fittings in Q3 2025 and would like, thus, a dialogue with the market. The aim of the market dialogue is to get an overview of what are available and how these can cover the contracting authorities ́needs, expectations and requirements for dental equipment and fittings. In order to achieve participation from as many tenderers as possible, the contracting authorities will divide "dental equipment and fittings" into the following product groups: Dentist's units and accessories. Units, with/without treatment chairs Dentist's uniform with dry suction Dentist's uniform with amalgam separator Surgical lamps Herdelampe, integrated + wireless type Intraoral Camera LED fleets Microscope Sterilisation and hygiene equipment. Autoclaves Machines for dry cleaning and sterilisation of rotary instruments (DAC). Disinfectant/washer decontaminator Ultrasound bath Folies welds Lubrication machine UV box Rotating instruments with engines. Angle pieces, turbines and hand pieces Endo angle piece for endodontic motor Surgical motor Scaler hand pieces Laboratory equipment. Gypsum vibrator Bite railing machine Lab motor with hand pieces Sandblasts Suction arm/exhaust cabinet Sessler and chairs. Engine room. Compressors Water Filter Suction motor for wet suction and dry suction Amalgamholder/cup Dental fixtures. Cabinets and drawer fittings suitable for dentistry practice *Note general furnishings such as cupboards, drawers, chairs, tables, white goods and brown goods are not included in this procurement. Oral rheuological equipment. X-ray apparatuses with wall mounted digital timers. *Note intraoral scanners, OPG, CBCT and phosphor plate scanners are not included in this procurement. Service and training. Service, maintenance and repairs (SLA) Training Consultancy services for engineering design of dental clinics. The product groups are provisional and can/will be changed after the market dialogue. Suppliers can choose which product groups they want to present in the market dialogue. Participation in the market dialogue will not obligate either the supplier or the contracting authorities as regards later procurements. The market dialogue is not to be considered as part of the pending procurement processes. Final decisions and choices for the procurement processes have not been made by the publication of the invitation. Practical information about the market dialogue Suppliers are invited to present their products in one-to-one Team meetings with a duration of two hours. The exact time for these meetings will be set up after the registration deadline. Implementation of the market dialogue. The dialogue meetings will be held 25/2 and 28/2. The dialogue meetings will be held on Teams, and registered tenderers will be sent meeting links in advance. The tenderers will have the same time, 2 hours, for presentation of their products. We send out the agenda with topics that the tenderer will stick to, together with the meeting time (date and time). All tenderers will get the same agenda. Registration Deadline for registration: 14.02, 12:00. Please state the company name, name and email address of participants to the market dialogue upon registration. Also state which product group(s) shall be presented in the dialogue meeting. Suppliers will then receive one meeting invitation by email.
