Tenderers shall start from the attached example pictures (Annex 2) with examples of five typical flower arrangements, and create 5 equivalent flower arrangements where cut flowers will be used. Tenderers are free to unfold creatively in connection with setting up their own decoration. The pictures in annex 2 are only meant as examples. As documentation of the supplier ́s decorations, he shall deliver colour pictures of each of the movements and a description of how the rates are assembled. The pictures of the decorations are to be taken on a white table/white background. The picture shall not include other than each decoration with any pot and the requested equipment. Tenderers are requested to consider taking pictures from several pages where relevant/appropriate. 1. Large decoration. A large decoration consisting of a total decoration in a vase/urn/jar.
