We have now replaced the instrument with a TapeStation from Matriks.The instrument must be able to carry out the following analyses: Fragmentary length determination of DNA Concentration Determination of DNA Fragment Length Determination of RNA Concentration Determination of the RNA System must be able to measure fragment size and concentration of DNA and RNA with reproducible results.
