Justification for not indicating the weighting of the award criteria : The duration of the Framework Agreements is a fixed period of 5 years, ending 30 September 2030. All further framework agreements awarded during the duration of the Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) will have the same end date. Contractors will receive Requests for Offers (RfQs) only for the domain(s) for which they have been awarded a Framework Agreement.  Contractors, who have been awarded a Framework Agreement for (a) certain domain(s) may apply for any remaining domain(s) at a later stage. In this case, they must submit a new application and prove their qualifications for that/those remaining domains. In such application, the General and Selection questionnaires need not to be filled in again, only the selection technical questionnaire relating to the new domain(s) for which the application is submitted, unless the Contractor’s situation has changed and the answers to the General and Selection questionnaires need to be updated.
