Description
:
This call for tender aims to put into place framework contracts, with a maximum of five economic operators for the provision of services, that will enable the Agency to acquire resources, not employed directly by the Agency, in the domain of IT software development, implementation and maintenance. In relation to the listed specific technologies as follows: • in priority order (cascade) for orders on a time and means basis; and • reopening of competition for orders on a quoted time and means or fixed price basis. The Agency estimates, without this being binding, that the total consulting requirement for consulting services over the 4-year framework contract period is expected to represent: — 17 460 person-days for the services pertaining to Microsoft technologies.

Description
:
EMA/2019/28/IT Lot 1.: The total value of the procurement initially published, as well as the total value of each framework contract awarded and signed was EUR 12 000 000,00. In accordance with Point 11.1(e) of Annex I to Regulation (EU, Euratom) 2018/1046, the aforementioned value was increased by 50 %, resulting in a new total value of the procurement, as well as of each framework contract of EUR 18 000 000,00. The use of this procedure was foreseen in the technical specifications of the procurement procedure and was concluded during the performance of the original contract and during the 3 years following the conclusion of the original contract. Exceptionally, the FWC was further uplifted to 19 900 000.00. Due to further exceptional circumstances an additional uplift was needed to the value of EUR 26 900 000,00.
