Solution for electronic logbook, fleet management and vehicle sharing - market dialogue
Trondheim municipality, hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a market dialogue on a solution for an electronic logbook, fleet management and vehicle sharing.
The contracting authority wants information about what systems are available in the market that can:
- Collect and display data about TK's vehicle fleet for the municipal vehicle managers to support them in their vehicle management work, for optimisation and sustainable use of the vehicle fleet in terms of km driven, number of vehicles and good follow-up.
- Facilitate vehicle sharing of TK's vehicles across departments and units
- Simple, automatic and electronic recording of vehicle use for TK's employees, cf. the Tax Act

The market dialogue will take place in weeks 43 and 44 as digital meetings with a duration of 40 minutes. The agenda for the meetings will be
