The purpose of this request for information (RFI) is to understand how the best possible tender and material can be arranged. For this purpose, the Danish National Police has prepared a RFI-questionnaire where potential contractors are invited to provide input. Please refer to the questionnaire for further information and furthermore also see section II.2.4) below.

It should be stressed that this notice is not a call for tenders and participation in the RFI is not required for participation in a future tender procedure.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

The Danish National Police is using EU-Supply for this request for information. The RFI material can be obtained via the link stated in section 1.3)

The questionnaire is asked to be completed in Danish or English and returned via EU-Supply or by mail to MBO060@politi.dk no later than 7th of November 2023.

The Danish National Police reserves the right to follow up on the written inputs received. The follow up can be in writing and/or can include dialogue meetings; either with all suppliers who have submitted answers to the written questions, or a representative selection of these. The Danish National Police thus reserves the right to hold individual dialogue meetings with selected suppliers based on the answers received to the written questions. The purpose of a follow-up is to discuss and elaborate further on the supplier's written responses.

The Danish National Police will participate in Milipol Paris 2023. Individual dialogue meetings can at the Danish National Police's choice, take place at Milipol or at the Danish National Police location in Denmark.
