Evida is establishing, in accordance with Directive 2014/25/EU of 26 February 2014, Article 77, the present system of qualification of IT consultant suppliers.

The purpose of the qualification system is to establish a list of qualified suppliers in relation to Evida's needs within the categories of the qualification system.

The qualification system is divided into 5 categories:

1) IT Operations, infrastructure, and solution design

2) Information security

3) Enterprise Architecture

4) Applications, data, and solution design

5) IT Project and IT Program Management

An annual service fee is charged for each category that the supplier is enrolled in.

To apply for admission to the qualification system, the applicant must complete the following:

1. Fill out the Single European Procurement Document (ESPD) within the Mercell platform.

2.Submit a Declaration of Honour, § 135

Furthermore, the applicant must indicate the specific categories they wish to be admitted to within the qualification system.

Being admitted to the qualification system allows the candidate to be considered for selection in tenders organized by Evida under the qualification system.

It is important to note that admission to the qualification system does not guarantee that the supplier will secure agreements or contracts with Evida. The selection process for each tender is separate, and the final decision regarding awarding agreements rests with Evida based on their evaluation and specific criteria for each tender.

Tenders under the qualification system must be submitted via Mercell and are expected to be either in Danish or English, as the working language during execution is normally Danish and English. For each stage/specific task, Evida expects to request proposals from 3-5 companies enrolled in the qualification system. The bidder that the Contracting Authority intends to award the specific agreement to, will be required in accordance with section 152 of the Public Procurement Act, to provide documentation verifying the accuracy of the information provided in the ESPD document prior to the award.
