This will typically apply to procurements within El number groups: 10, 11 and 28, but is not limited to these groups.

Concerns large planned assignments related to the operation and maintenance of the grid. Typical assignments will often be complete LS/HS cable and line installations, ground work kiosks and stations, road work, etc.

Linea currently has an ongoing framework agreement in the area, but plans to enter into a new framework agreement in spring 2023.

In addition, Linea is planning to be able to outsource individual assignments that fall under this category, even though there is an existing framework agreement. These are being referred to as mini-contests.
