Main features of the procedure : The call for tenders is an open call for tenders concerning the purchase and subsequent delivery of two (2) plot harvesters that are able to fulfill the respective requirements set forth in “Appendix 1A – Specification of requirements” and “Appendix 1B – Specification of requirements”, one covered by sub-contract 1 and one covered by Sub-contract 2. The tenderers can choose to provide bids on either one or both sub-contracts. The purpose of this call for tenders is to purchase two (2) plot harvesters that are able to comply with the requirements made by the Contracting Authority. It is of decisive importance to the Contracting Authority that, in their bids, the Tenderers focus on offering the option that best fulfill the requirements made by the Contracting Authority as cheaply as possible. The purchase also includes issues concerning delivery, installation and warranty as a part of the contract. The Contract will be established with one Supplier for each of the sub-contracts, unless one supplier has provided the lowest price for each of the sub-contracts.
