Description : Collecting and bringing services: Tenderers shall price costs for collecting and bringing services in the price form.  Tenderers shall choose respectively. "Price form - Nordre" or "Price form - Søre", depending on what sub-contract the tender is submitted for.  Tenderers shall fill in the attached Price Form in their cost calculations and submit as an annex to the tender in Excel formal. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected.  All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. It is considered clear that this gives a better climate and environmental effect, and this is justified below. In DFØ ́s guidelines on climate in public procurements, refer to various examples of procurements where it is clear that climate and environmental requirements in the requirement specifications provide better climate and environmental effect than by taking climate and environmental considerations into account in the award criteria.
