Oslo municipality, represented by the Agency for Health, shall procure safety-creating technology that shall help increase users' safety, coping ability and activity. The Agency for Health has decided to public parts of the tender documentation for consultation to obtain feedback from the supplier market prior to the call for tender. We do this to facilitate the greatest possible coverage of needs and goal attainment, as well as to reduce risk for both the client and provider in the contract. We hope that this can contribute to uncovering uncertainties and that we will avoid setting inappropriate requirements, as well as being able to use the competence that is available in the supplier market.

The contract includes the purchase of the following main services:

• Stationary safety alarm for residential use (scope approx. 12,000 users).

• Portable safety alarm for use inside and outside the home, including the option of localization (scope approx. 1,500 users)

• Passive warning and digital visual supervision (approx. 330 users)

The contract period is 4 years with the option for extending the contract for 2+2+2 years
