Description : Quality Sub-criteria: 1. General requirements (2%) The general requirements shall cover general information about the system that will be in place and get information on the interface. The requirement can be found in annex 1. 2. Functionality (30%) -Demo The functionality requirement shall be provided by the contracting authority with insight into the corsite functionality of the system, for communication of the deaf, for sakar, case handling and similar. The requirement can be found in annex 1. 3. Technical (25%) The technical requirements shall make the contracting authority insight into the crossbreeding system that works technically, for authentication, users and roles, FINT, integrations, service level/SLA and liknande. 4. ICT security requirement (5%) The ICT security requirement shall safeguard the security of the system against the contracting authority, to the authority ́s information security, access management, deviation system, privacy and similar. See annex 1 for further information on the requirements. 5. Establishment and training (7%) The establishment and training requirements shall give the contracting authority insight into the establishment plan, competence, training of case officers and administrators and the like. The requirement can be given in annex 1. 6. Options (1%) The contracting authority will know in the option requirement whether the tenderer can offer a development environment/sandbox. See the description in annex 1. Completed Annex B - The tenderer should state the description of the delivery.
