The aim of the contract is to cover the customers ́needs for printing, copying and scanning for the customers ́ daily operations. It is important for the customer that systems offered safeguard security and privacy in a good way. The contracting authority ́s entities have varying degrees of need for printing/copy/scanning function. The need for new multifunction machines varies from small offices that require a simple table model to large schools with a need for larger machines with printable, scanned and copy larger amounts of paper. Notes to the contract: • The Contracting Authority shall be able to choose the financing form itself (purchase or leasing) • The Contracting Authority expects that approx. 90% of the total purchase volume will be within the requested product segment. • The customer shall, within the contract, have the possibility to use this framework agreement for the procurement of multi-function machines/production machines outside of the described core assortment at the chosen supplier, but is not obliged to this.

Tenderers are requested to describe this as clearly as possible and define any differences between the individual machines. Option for pre-programming programs for the simplest possible access to the most commonly used functions, either for use by everyone, or as a personal desktop on the machine. • How offered machines take care of universal design Functionality is wanted that ensures that established documents are of satisfactory quality. For example: • (automatic) creation of crooked pages (deskew) • deletion of blank pages • removal of patches • etc. • The number of maximum recommended clicks listed in the price form will be assessed here. The award criteria consists of two sub-criteria: • The sub-criteria service and guarantee are weighted 65% of this award criteria. • The sub-criteria vehicle is weighted 35% of this award criteria. Orientation: Service and guarantee The tenderer is requested to describe how during the entire contract period it shall be ensured that the reported error situations from the contracting authority are handled so that the contract ́s provisions are complied with and that the contracting authority experiences a high degree of service and satisfaction when using machines. •It is necessary that the tenderer is an advisory contracting party who shall ensure that the entities that call-offs on the agreement get machines that are suitable for you used, print out volume and physical location/design of premises where the machine(s) shall be located. • Tenderers are asked to give a guarantee in the number of years for offered models, as well as other content in the guarantee vehicles that the tenderer is awarded the contract for using biogas vehicles of euro class 6/VI and/or zero emission vehicles for the execution of this agreement. An evaluation will be made as regards the last transport link ("last mile"). Last mile is the last link in the transport and supplier chain where the product and/or service is delivered to the end customer. See the Exel annex "List of vehicles 24-97" for more detailed information on the award criteria. Tenderers are requested to enclose a completed form "List of vehicles 24-97 Evaluation: This award criteria will be assessed based on the tenderer ́s description of the award criteria.
