Description : Tenderers shall fill in the attached price form in their cost calculations and submit as an annex to the tender in Excel format. All fields in the attached price form marked with yellow shall be completed. Missing the price fields can cause difficulties in assessing the tender and the tender can then be rejected. All prices are in NOK, excluding VAT, including all direct or indirect expenses and duties that could be incurred in connection with the delivery. Order fees and invoice fees are to be seen as expenses. The prices shall include all costs for the customer who is included in this competition. Costs that the tenderer knows will be incurred, but that are not specifically stated in the tender, will be seen as included in the stated costs. Prices in the different municipalities are expected to be the same, but they will vary due to travel expenses. All expenses in connection with travel shall be included in the offered price. The number of control locations stated per customer in the price form may change and tenderers must reckon that there may be fewer or more checkpoints during the agreement period. In other words, the Customer is not bound by the number of sales and licence locations stated in the price form. The estimated number given for other inspections (individual grants and ambulant inspections), as well as options for returning home and infection control, is not binding for the customer. The number is set up for pure evaluation purposes and it will vary according to the customers ́needs. Evaluation: When assessing the price, a hybrid price model with break point 2.5 will be used.
