Section IV: Procedure
Section VI: Complementary information
As stated under section II.1.4), the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority seeks to acquire a standardized supervisory technology (SupTech) Data Collection system to support reporting of data from financial entities to the European system of financial supervision. In order to meet current and future requirements from the EU regarding reporting, storage and forwarding of financial data, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority seeks to replace the existing solution for EU reporting with a standardized supervisory technology system. The intended system is for the Data Collection aspect of SupTech, with a focus on reports to regulating parties in the European system of Financial Supervision (ESRB, EBA, EIOPA, and ESMA). In this regard, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority wishes to engage in a market dialogue with suppliers, who have experience in supplying SupTech Data Collection systems as above-mentioned. Among other things, the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority seeks to uncover potential challenges, solutions, and cost drivers in relation to the procurement of a SupTech system. The following are the general themes on which the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority wants the insight and input of the market suppliers: 1) Background and Experience, 2) Implementation and delivery, 3) Functionality and integration and 4) Partnership and support. Suppliers in the market, with an interest in participating in this dialogue, may answer the uploaded questionnaire. The questionnaire is accessible via the electronic tendering system at the address set out in section I.3).The questionnaire shall be filled out in writing and sent to the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority no later than [November 3rd] at 11:59 PM via mail to: [ JAMA@FTnet.dk ]. The questions within the questionnaire should be seen as a knowledge gathering for a potential upcoming EU tender. No oral meetings are planned to be held in connection with this market dialogue. The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority reserves the right to request the suppliers to further elaborate on the answered questions in writing. Non-participating in the market dialogue has no consequence for the suppliers in the upcoming procurement process.
