Description : Trondheim municipality, hereafter called the Contracting Authority, invites tenderers to a negotiated procedure for a contract for patient signalling systems to the Contracting Authority's units.  The contracting authority needs a system that provides functionality and decision support that allows the contracting authority ́s employees to provide target or targeted health care with a minimum of employees. The system shall provide security and predictability for both residents, relatives and employees, and contribute to self-reliance and mastery for residents. It is important for the Contracting Authority that technological systems can be included in interaction with other IT systems. A strategy for streamlining through digitalisation adopted by Trondheim municipality is Computer driven municipality. In the health field this is particularly important all the time we have a great need for streamlining. In order to achieve this we depend on system and technology suppliers who are forward leaning and courageous around, for example, reusing data. Main features of the procedure : The system shall be implemented at the locations that the Contracting Authority orders implementations on in the period that the framework agreement lasts. In the first instance this applies: Dragvoll HVS 2Dragvoll HVS 1Heimdal HVSThe system shall be able to be implemented both by new buildings (the establishment of new locations) and for the renovation of the existing building. In addition to the health and welfare centre (HVS), the system shall be able to be used on health centres, residential measures and small houses within PHR, shared housing and mini-houses within BoA and the like.  The contract is for the following: Framework agreement (SSA-R and SSA-K) for the establishment of PAVA in new locations (both new buildings and existing buildings). Description : The first delivery of this contract will be patient notifications to Dragvoll 1 and Dragvoll 2. Tenderers shall demonstrate their assignment comprehension by preparing the project and progress plan for Dragvoll HVS 1 and 2. Description and drawings: See the description and drawings etc. for Dragvoll HVS 1 and 2 attached to the tender documentation. Site inspection: A site inspection is planned, cf. the tender documentation ́s point on the progress plan. Tenderers shall submit the following: Draft of the Plan for the project. The plan must be connected with the plan for the establishment project of SSA-L. The plan must also describe the process for connecting Dragvoll 1 from the existing system to the new system. CVs for key personnel in the project organisation where competence, experience and reference projects are stated. The contracting authority reserves the right to hold an interview with the offered project manager. A draft of the designed system for both Dragvoll 1 and 2, cf. the requirements. The detailed engineering design services will start immediately when the contract is signed. The responses under bullet point 1, the implementation plan and the project and progress plan, shall be the template for future call-offs under this agreement. The template for CVs (published weeks 3 - 2025) shall be used to answer whether the offered project organisation. The contracting authority will carry out a judgemental overall assessment of the delivered description, including competence and experience for key personnel in the project organisation, in relation to the contracting authority ́s needs.
