Expressions of interest relating to this consultation, written in Italian, must be sent exclusively to the following certified e-mail address: crm42527@pec.carabinieri.it , no later than 11.59pm on 1 February 2024.

In particular, interested parties must forward the following documents via PEC bearing the following wording as the subject: "Preliminary market consultation relating to the three-year corrective and evolutionary maintenance service (2024-2026) of approximately 15,000 "Beretta mod. 92 FS/SB" set aside in the armories of the Bodies / Detachments of the Carabinieri":

to. the expression of interest digitally signed by the legal representative of the economic operator or by his attorney (in the latter case also attach the notarial power of attorney from which the relevant powers can be deduced);

b. any alternative projects or technical solutions to those indicated in Annex 1;

c. the substitutive declaration, made pursuant to the Presidential Decree. n. 445/2000, digitally signed by the legal representative of the company or its attorney, certifying the registration of the company in the business register of the C.C.I.A.A.;

d. the declaration, signed by the legal representative, certifying the domicile elected for communications, indicating the certified email address, the contact details and his telephone numbers.
