Description

The ICT Mountain Region IKS intends to enter into agreement with EG InfoDoc to upgrade the current on-prem Plenario EPJ for doctors and health centres to cloud. The contracting authority has held a comprehensive market dialogue with relevant participants in the market for electronic patient journals (EPJ) and health station systems. The market dialogue has given good insight into what systems and systems are available in the market and what needs the different systems cover. The dialogue has revealed that the market is still in a development phase in terms of full-fledged cloud based EPJ systems that cover both doctor and health centre services. It will, therefore, not be appropriate to hold a procurement process before the market is mature and that real competition exists.
