Description : Tenderers shall have experience and knowledge in: • Implementation of energy accounting software; • Customisation and development of the software for the specific needs of the user (including features for building management and CO2 balancing). The Tenderer shall demonstrate its experience and expertise by providing a list of three projects completed within the last three years (Annex 2), including the name of the entity for which each project was executed, contact details, and a brief description (maximum of one A4 page per project). To qualify as references, the listed projects shall be comparable in terms of topic, size, complexity, and sector (public institutions). In the case of services carried out by a Consortium or in association with other Economic Operators or as Subcontractor this shall be expressly mentioned. Only the value of the services corresponding to the Tenderer’s share in the Consortium or the association or the value of the services executed as subcontractor shall be mentioned and taken into consideration. The Tenderers expressly authorise the Contracting Authority to contact the reference persons and to obtain all relevant information from them. Please also describe your experience with projects that have been carried out within the framework of the European Energy Directive (for informational purposes only).
