This is a notice to invite to market dialogue and to inform potential Suppliers of DSB's intention to announce a tender in April 2025 on a contract regarding the purchase, implementation, support as well as maintenance of estimated 6 desktop-sized simulators to use for the training of Danish S-train drivers employed by DSB (Danish S-Train Operator). The simulators are part of the basis and continuing training of train drivers and has an emphasis on the CBTC Train control system. Purchased simulators are intended to replace the current simulators provided by Siemens in 2014, which are nearing end-of-life. DSB invites all interested Suppliers to provide written contribution to the questions specified in the enclosed documents, section 5 and 6. Suppliers, who has not previously participated in the market dialogue, has the option to offer a 2-hour meeting with live demo of their relevant product in week 11 & 12. DSB reserves the right to set up 0-5 meetings with Suppliers which, based on the info in the above stated “Introduction” and “Project background” are listed project description, are considered most relevant for DSBs project. If selecting from more Suppliers, it will be given positive weighting that the Supplier has experience with delivering and developing the relevant product, as well as relevant experience with similar customer needs and type as DSB. DSB reserves the right not to carry through with any meetings, if it is not considered relevant given the potential added value, as well as allocation of time and resources. > Deadline for offer DSB a meeting, is 13 March 2025 > Deadline for submitting written contributions in response to the questions below is 28 March 2025
