The Project Delivery Partner Contract will be awarded in accordance with the provisions of the European Union (Award of Contracts by Utility Undertakings) Regulations 2016 (S.I. 286/2016). This Periodic Indicative Notice is made in contemplation of the anticipated launch of a procurement process for the appointment of a consultant pursuant to the Project Delivery Partner Contract. The Project Delivery Partner appointment shall manage the various MetroLink contracts, procured by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), through providing, but not limited to, safety, project management, site supervision and contract administration professional services to suit each contract form.

Title : MetroLink Project Delivery Partner Contract Market Consultation PIN
Description : The Project Delivery Partner appointment will perform a vital role within the integrated client organisation. The Project Delivery Partner will manage various contracts procured by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) through providing, but not limited to, safety, project management, site supervision and contract administration professional services to suit each contract form. MetroLink will be procured by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) through four major separate public contracts as well as a series of advance (the “M100 Contracts”) and enabling works contract packages addressing preparatory issues. The major contracts comprise, three geographical civil infrastructure contracts (the “M400 Contracts”) for the design and construction of the tunnels, shafts and portals, shell and core station structures (underground, retained cut and at-grade), viaducts, and related MetroLink civil infrastructure, and a public private partnership contract (the “M500 Contract”) as a DBFOM (design, build, finance, operate and maintain) to appoint a Service Delivery Partner who will provide certain works and the integrated operation and maintenance of the public passenger transport service.
