Answering or not answering to this request for information shall not preclude participation in a possible tendering, that is planned to start in February-March 2025. Providers are not compensated for participating in any part of the market dialogue. Provider participates in the market dialogue by getting know the Appendix 1 and 2, and by answering the questions asked in Appendix 2. Appendices are available on Cloudia procurement service ( https://tarjouspalvelu.fi/vtt?id=526728&tpk=704e76c8-0d55-4055-b13a-8019e183db01 ) Answers should be submitted by November 22, 2024, at 4:00 PM to nina.lyly@kpmg.fi by email. VTT reserves the right to ask clarifying questions to those who participated in this market dialogue. VTT reserves the right to invite max 9 suppliers to specific supplier presentations. VTT selects for the meetings suppliers who, based on the answers given, best meet its needs. Supplier presentations will be held on December 9, 2024, and December 11-12, 2024, from 8 AM to 1 PM on Teams. If any of the proposed dates are not suitable, please let us know. Due to the time zone differences, the agreed times can be adjusted accordingly. A more detailed schedule and possible invitations will be sent at the end of the information request response period. VTT uses KPMG Oy Ab’s consultant in the in tendering procedure.
