The contracting authority is looking for a tenderer who can relieve the contracting authority in the best possible way and deliver good solutions summed up in the following aim: Broad assortment of machines that can cover the entire county ́s needs. Reduced operational costs and increased equipment lifetime, which gives a better financial return. Lower energy consumption that contributes to reduced operational costs and a smaller carbon footprint. Use of environmentally friendly materials and technologies that minimise negative environmental impact.
