Description : The contracting authority, Leiden University Medical Centre (LUMC) has the intention to acquire a 355nm laser and detector upgrade for its ID7000 spectral cytometers on behalf of flow cytometry core facility. LUMC has the intention to award the contract to Sony Europe B.V (The Heights, Brooklands, Weybridge, Surrey, KT13 0XW, United Kingdom. ) LUMC will apply the negotiation procedure without publication of a contract notice. The upgrade can only be performed by engineers trained on the ID7000 spectral cytometer Suggested delivery + Scope Delivery of two ID7000 355nm Laser Upgrade Kits and installation and maintenance thereof, €300.000 before Q2 2025. Conclusion By means of this call for voluntary ex ante transparency, LUMC informs parties of its intention and provides the opportunity to submit a reasoned objection against this intention. If parties have objections against the intended purchase from Sony Europe B.V., please inform LUMC on the last appearance of 18-12-2024, before 17:00 h. by sending an email directed at: aanbestedingen@lumc.nl with reference to Jimmy Been, Procurement. When during this term no objections have been raised, LUMC is free to acquire it’s desired ID7000 laser upgrade from Sony Europe B.V. 1
