The main committee for health and care has therefore asked the municipal director to carry out a market dialogue in order to assess the possibility of a public-private cooperation (OPS) in order to realise the project. The market dialogue will be a central process for mapping interest in the market, clarifying expectations and identifying possible challenges and systems connected to such cooperation. Is there an interest in such cooperation at Kårhaugen?
