Main features of the procedure : The procurement will be in accordance with the Law on Public Procurements and the Public Procurement Regulations, part III.[VV1]Contract will be in accordance with NS 8405 Norwegian building and construction contract, as well as the Contracting Authority's Special Contract Terms for NS 8405. Stavanger municipality ́s seriousness provisions, requirements and conditions for climate and environment for construction sites and construction areas[VV2] will also be used for this contract. Stavanger Utvikling is responsible for the development of the main infrastructure and facilitation for the transformation of Jåttåvågen 2 development area. The development will be regulated by the area plan for Jåttåvågen 2 (Plan no. 2376). In order to facilitate the planned development and development of the area, Stavanger Utvikling has ordered several projects via Stavanger municipality, City Environment and Development (BMU), Construction Projects.In addition, Stavanger municipality BMU v/VAR is the orderer of various water and sewage installations.
