Description

Innlandet Hospital intends to enter into a contract with Siemens Healthcare AS for the upgrading of Axiom Artis Zee MP to Artis Zee Multi purpose (lab 2 Hamar). Siemens Healthcare AS is the only supplier who can carry out the upgrade of Axiom Artis Zee MP to Artis Zee Multi Purpose, in accordance with the contracting authority's knowledge. The upgrade is assessed as the most advantageous solution based on a combined assessment of finance, operation and the environment. The reason for the upgrade is an advantageous price, as well as minimal adaptation costs and reduced climate and environmental impact as a result of installation in the existing buildings and reuse of the current technical infrastructure. Furthermore, the upgrade will provide significantly shorter downtime, partly due to the continuation of a known user interface, which ensures operative continuity and efficient operation. After an overall assessment, the contracting authority deems that there are no real or reasonable alternatives to this system.
