Description : This voluntary ex-ante transparency (VEAT) notice acknowledges that Trinity College Dublin proposes to place a contract with Bruker BioSpin for the supply and installation of a HR-MAS iProbe Upgrade in our existing Bruker 400 MHz NMR spectrometer with unshielded magnet. This probe is optimized for 1H observation with X-nuclei decoupling and equipped with Automatic Tuning and Matching Accessory (ATM) including magic angle adjustment. The Bruker 400 MHz NMR spectrometer which is used to for liquid and solid-state NMR already has the necessary infrastructure to attach the HR-MAS probe. This upgrade will increase the type of samples which can be measured by Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy. The date of conclusion of the contract is expected to take place no sooner than 10th of September 2024.
