The purpose of this European tender procedure is to conclude multiple agreements for KVK for the supply of people, resources, services and installations. Goals:

Security services. After tendering, the qualitative and quantitative deployment of man security is guaranteed for the locations in The Hague, Rotterdam and Utrecht and for the Amsterdam location insofar as our own staff cannot provide the service.

Security installations. All systems have been inventoried and comply with the risk classification. The required solutions fit the Chamber of Commerce guidelines with regard to IT security and IT infrastructure. KVK wants to be able to focus on its core business and therefore wants a proactive, enterprising supplier.

Control room. The alarm response to 12 office locations will be maintained. The opening of a location and closing (including closing round) of a location by the mobile invigilator, on the other hand, applies to 2 and 6 locations respectively.

KVK wants to contract a party to carry out security services for it at the various KVK locations. These contain:

Welcoming visitors, customers and suppliers of KVK;

Preventing order, peace and continuity from being jeopardized (including by conducting an opening and closing round);

Where people or circumstances disrupt this, taking damage-reducing measures.

KVK is organizing a pre-bid meeting, during which a short presentation will be given by KVK and in which any questions from Tenderers will be explained verbally. The pre-bid meeting will take place on the date and time indicated in the schedule (27 October in Utrecht).
