Description : DSS needs to enter into a new framework agreement for assistance with window cleaning. The contract will be signed with DSS, but other entities connected to the joint ministries will use this contract and are to be considered as a Customer in accordance with this contract. The service includes window cleaning for DSS at the locations stated in Annex 1 of the contract, in accordance with the prepared progress plan. The assignment includes window cleaning, both externally and internally. The agreement will mainly apply to existing buildings in the government block, where DSS provides cleaning services. Changes must be made so that during the contract period changes can occur as regards locations that the tenderer must be able to adapt to. This is due to both internal changes in existing buildings and with regard to the project New Government Block, which may require other adaptations. A framework agreement shall be signed for 2 years, with an option for an extension for a further two years (1+1). The procurement ́s estimated value is from NOK 5 million to NOK 8 million excluding VAT. The contract is initiated by 01.01.2025.
