Title : Framework agreement for welfare technology on safety alarms
Description : Ror-Innkjøp would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer who can cover the municipalities ́needs for welfare technology within certain contract areas aimed at our service recipients.  The procurement includes the following contract areas with a description: Digital personal HUB: The signal from different units in the user ́s home shall be able to be collected and redistributed securely through a HUB (this is a single unit that is stationary and fixed/screwed to a wall, or is loose). Safety alarms connected to HUB: We share these between active and passive signals. Active notifications: The purpose of active notifications is when the service receiver needs help, they can actively notify themselves through, for example, the press of a button that triggers request for help: Bracelet/watch (worn on body or body, e.g. in wheelchairs)Throat jewellery (worn on body or body, e.g. on wheelchairs)Voice/sound sensor (worn on body or body, Passive notification: The purpose of passive signals is to safe residents, as well as prevent accidents or limit consequences of accidents, by quickly offering assistance in cases where the person in question cannot trigger the alarm itself. Hereunder we are asked for tender offers on: Fall alarm (carried on body). A sensor that can be designed as a watch or jewellery that is connected to the digital HUB. This sends an alarm to the HUB if the person falls. Accessories connected to persons in bed (bed mat or radar based technology), with time setting. Detects and maps parameters such as sleep through movement and/or respiration frequency, etc. Based on these parameters, it can give notification if the person leaves the bed, both with and without quarantine time. Walking alarms (including door sensors and window sensors). This can be a sensor designed as a watch or jewellery that is connected to a digital HUB. A transmitter is to be assembled by, for example, outer door/balcony door, and the range can be adjusted as needed. For example, a larger range means that the sensor responds 5-7 metres (or equivalent) from the door, while a small range means that the sensor triggers the alarm first at the door. The alarm can be set at times, so that, for example, it only triggers at night. Abnormal indoor temperature. This is a sensor that is connected to a digital personal HUB that is mounted/attached indoors. This detects abnormal temperature swings within a certain area and sends signals to digital personal HUB if there is temperature below or above adjustable threshold values. Several such sensors must be able to be connected to HUB, for example in bathrooms, bedrooms and in kitchens. Fire detector/smoke alarms. This sounds an alarm if it detects fire and/or smoke. Safety alarms without HUB are for when the service receiver is outside the HUB coverage area: Unit with alarm button (worn on body or body, e.g. on wheelchairs)Device designed as bracelet/watch (carried on body)There can also be a need for other sensors/systems that can be connected to the individual hub, but this will be individual specific and relatively limited needs. These other sensors and systems are therefore not part of the core assortment, but go into the line "Other assortment that can be connected to a digital personal hub" in the attached price form.
