The procurement is for a framework agreement for the delivery of inspections, maintenance and repairs of sprinklers and extinguishing systems in the properties that EBE is always responsible for. The property mass is dynamic, so that new buildings can be added to, or removed during the contract period. See Annex 4A price form for an overview of buildings currently managed by EBE, with associated installations. The contract can also, to a smaller extent, include buildings that are managed by other entities in Bergen municipality. Completely new installations (new buildings and old buildings without existing installations) are not included in the framework agreement.

Main features of the procedure : The contract includes the following assignments: Annual inspection/possibly including "half yearly inspection"/service of sprinkler installations (FG control)Annual inspection/possibly including "half yearly inspection" /service of other automatic extinguishing installations (FG control)Repair and maintenance of existing installations, including purchase and installation of the necessary goodsExpension and upgrading of the existing installations Independent control /3rd party control, if the contracting authority sees it appropriate that this work is carried out as call-offs on framework agreement, Annex 4A Price Form, for further information on the type of installations. With "half yearly control", it is meant that some installations must be drained, so that it has to meet up twice within a year. Drainage shall be included in the price per annual inspection. Additional information : The procurement ́s climate and environmental impact is transport, materials and waste. Relevant requirements are set in the contract and the requirement specifications in order to reduce the climate and environmental impact of the procurement. With the relevant climate and environmental requirements in this market, it is possible to both ensure competition and ensure fulfilment of relevant climate and environmental services at the same time.
