II.2.4) Description of the procurement:

A contract will be signed with a technical consultant in connection with the upcoming purchase of vehicles for construction stage 5 and options for further construction stages. Relevant contributions include the preparation of specifications, contributions to market dialogue, evaluation and negotiations as well as follow-up in connection with commissioning, operation and maintenance.

The procurement procedure is planned to be carried out as a tender contest with negotiation after prior announcement above the EEA threshold value (2-phase).

The contract will be put out to tender based on NS8401 and the delivery will initially be divided into three (3) phases, as described in the attached invitation to the market dialogue.
