Proactively detect and respond to potential security threats before they can cause significant harm to the HSE 2. Minimize the risk of data breaches and other security incidents by identifying and responding to potential security threats in a timely manner 3. Improve the HSE's cybersecurity posture, enhance the organization’s ability to protect sensitive data and comply with relevant regulations 4. Provide regular reporting and communication to stakeholders on the current state of the organization's cybersecurity posture. This helps ensure that all stakeholders are aware of any potential threats and are taking appropriate action to mitigate them
