New suppliers can continually qualify for participation in the scheme. Participation in the DPS does not involve any delivery obligation. Each tenderer must, on an independent basis, assess whether the assignments that are announced fit in regard to capacity, competence, time, location and size. However, it is a prerequisite for submitting tender offers that the tenderer is included in this scheme. The criteria for choosing tenders for each assignment will be a subsidy need. The estimated value of this DPS is NOK 41,917,732. The county is, however, not obligated to a specific volume or amount, but to cover its actual need.
