Title : Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) interrogator
Description : The Geological Survey of Finland (hereinafter "GTK") is acquiring one (1) Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) interrogator, all the software and hardware which are needed to operate the DAS interrogator and documentation (hereinafter "DAS interrogator"). The procurement also covers spare parts for the DAS interrogator. The procurement covers also the following services: - delivery of the DAS interrogator (DDP, Incoterms 2020) - online guidance and assistance in installation of the DAS interrogator - one (1) day online training - repair services for the DAS interrogator. Products and services are specified in more detail in Appendices 1a "Procurement description LOT 1" and A "Contract". CONTRACT TERM The Contract (Appendix A) shall come into effect and be binding upon the Parties when it is signed by both Parties and shall remain in force until all contractual obligations based on the Contract have been fulfilled. The delivery schedule for the DAS interrogator is specified in Section 10 of the Contract (Appendix A). The supplier shall offer repair service and spare parts at the minimum for five (5) years from the delivery of the DAS interrogator. The 5-year period includes the 24 month warranty period.
