The contract will be valid for two (2) years calculated from the delivery date. The contract will then be renewed automatically for 1 (one) year at a time, unless 6 (six) months notice is given by the Contracting Authority before the renewal date. Tenderers can give notice on the contract with 12 (twelve) months notice before the renewal date. The contract will automatically expire after 10 years if neither party has previously terminated it.
