The infrastructural works consist of, amongst others, newly to construct and/or improvement of existing access roads, sewerage, drainage, street lighting, pavements, the construction of above and below ground infrastructure for subsequently building of social housing by Fundashon Kas Popular, sport facilities, construction of a new waste water treatment plant (WWTP) and related works, recreational area, a multifunctional and child care centre. The objective is to improve living conditions as well as sanitary conditions and to reduce flood risk and dust exposure.
