About Dynamic Purchasing System All communication is electronic in a dynamic purchasing system, both when the scheme is established and when the procurements are implemented. Here's how the scheme is established: A restricted tender contest will first be announced on Doffin. 1. All applications will be processed and all tenderers who fulfil the qualification requirements will be included in the scheme. One cannot limit the number of vendors. 2. Call-offs/procurements shall be carried out in this way: All suppliers included in the scheme shall be invited to submit tenders for competitions that are created in the scheme. The tender deadline shall as a starting point be at least 10 days. 1.
