RPS is in a need for a new state of the art enforcement system for enforcement of on-street parking and illegal parking in the city of Reykjavik. The RPS also enforces illegal parking all over the city. The project will include two vehicles equipped with ANPR cameras and a mobile enforcement app for walking wardens. Desirable the solution should have GPS location tracking system with accuracy within 3 meters. The solution should also have a counting feature to estimate parking occupancy.
