The project is inspired by the arch hall ́s design, with vault motifs on the entrance floor. It has a three-part facade: the entrance plan with vault motifs, a marked middle part and a top floor with upholstered volume and roof terraces. The facade expression is characterised by the use of bricks, where the entrance floor and the middle part have different executions of bricks.
