Description : The HUS Group requests tenders for syringes, which are suitable for intravitreal injections and storage of anti-VEGF medications. The procurement includes the following products: syringes (sizes 0,2 ml and 0,3 ml), caps, needles for injection, blunt fill needle with filter, bubble adapter, vial holder and bubble adapter holder. The products are described in more detail in Appendix 1 (Price and product form). This is a total procurement, i.e. the procurement is not divided into lots. The goal of this competitive procurement is to get products that are safe to use. The goal is also to have good product delivery reliability and to have products available when they are needed. The subject matter of the procurement also includes additional products related to the products tendered, such as additional sizes and accessories, which are indicated in Appendix 1. In addition, during the contract period, products belonging to the product groups that are the subject of the contract, may be acquired in accordance with the estimated value of the contract, also when they are not specified in the product annex (please see draft agreement). Contract period is two (2) years, and thereafter until terminated. This is a joint procurement of several contracting entities, which is carried out as a joint procurement. The products requested in this invitation to tender will be used by: HUS Group (HUS), South Karelia Welfare Area, Kymenlaakso Welfare Area, Päijät-Häme Welfare Area and Central Uusimaa Welfare Area. See Appendix 2 (Agreement) of the call for tenders for details. The total estimated value of the procurement (VAT 0%) is approximately EUR 4 000 000. This is an estimate and the contracting entity does not commit neither to the stated euro amounts and nor the consumption figures indicated in the invitation to tender.
