Additional information : Within 3 years following the signature of the contracts resulting from the current call for tenders, the contracting authorities may use the negotiated procedure without prior publication of a contract notice under point 11.1(e) of Annex I to Financial Regulation to procure new services from the contractor(s) up to a maximum of 50 % of the initial contract ceiling. These services will consist in the repetition of similar services entrusted to the contractor(s) and will be awarded according to the conditions applied for the original contract, as laid down in the procurement documents.
